Delete your account

You can delete your Vouch account at any time. It takes effect immediately and can’t be undone.

In the app

• Open Vouch, go to You, scroll down and tap Delete account.
• Confirm. You’re signed out and the account is gone.

Can’t open the app?

Email support@vouchup.app from the email address on your Google or Apple account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, city, the line you wrote and your photo.
• Your protocols, every proof and every proof photo.
• Your circle links, the invites you own, your personal arcs and your creator code.
• Your membership and purchase records in Vouch.

What we keep

• Vouches and call-outs you gave on other people’s proofs stay on their record, without your name. Removing them would rewrite someone else’s history.
• Reports you filed or that were filed about you, without your name, so we can keep the community safe.
• Hosted arcs you ran stay for their members, without you as host.
• Payment receipts are kept by Apple, Google or Dodo Payments (whoever processed the payment) for as long as tax law requires.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions in your phone’s store settings. For a membership bought on the web, cancel it first under Your account → Manage billing. See the refund policy for refunds.
