Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time

Cancelling stops your next payment. You keep everything until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you’re not charged again.

• Bought on vouchup.app: Your account → Cancel membership. It takes one tap.
• Bought in the iPhone app: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Vouch.
• Bought in the Android app: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Vouch.
• Free trial (monthly and annual): cancel within the 3-day trial and you’re never charged.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, including partial months and unused time, except where the law requires otherwise. Founding seats, Arc Passes and hosted arcs are one-time purchases and are also non-refundable once bought.

Think a charge was a mistake? Email support@vouchup.app from your account’s email with the date of the charge. We review each case and decide at our discretion.

Purchases made in the iPhone or Android app are handled by Apple or Google, under their own refund policies: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or from your Google Play order history.

Your legal rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live. If you’re in the UK or EU: when you buy, you ask us to start your membership straight away and agree that you lose the 14-day right to cancel for a refund once it has started.
