Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Vouch, operated by Bhavya Gor, Bengaluru, India. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use Vouch.

The service

Vouch lets you lock protocols into time-boxed arcs, prove them with live photos, and have people in your circle vouch for or call out those proofs. Vouch is invite-only: you need a valid invite code or a Founding seat to join. Founding members who join without an inviter start in a circle with up to four other founders. You must be at least 16.

Community rules — zero tolerance

Vouch only works if people can trust what they see. You agree not to post or send anything that is:

  • sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or harassing;
  • someone else’s private information, or a photo of someone who hasn’t agreed to it;
  • illegal, or that promotes self-harm or dangerous behaviour;
  • spam, or deliberately fake proof.

You can report any proof or member and block anyone from the app. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without refund for the period remaining.

Your content

You own the photos and text you post. You give us a limited licence to store them and show them to the people the app shows them to (your circle, or your hosted arc) so the service works. You can delete your account and content at any time.

Locked protocols

Once you lock a protocol it can’t be edited or deleted until it ends, and missed or called-out days are visible to your circle. That’s the product working as intended, not a defect.

Memberships and payments

  • Some features need a paid plan (monthly, annual, an Arc Pass, a Founding seat or a hosted arc). Prices are shown before you pay.
  • Purchases in the app are handled by Apple or Google under their terms; subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your store settings. Free trials convert to paid at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
  • Purchases on vouchup.app are handled by our payment provider; you can cancel any time before renewal.
  • Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google. For web purchases, email us within 14 days.

Not medical or professional advice

Vouch is a motivation tool. It isn’t medical, fitness, financial or mental-health advice. Take care of yourself and talk to a professional when you need one.

Liability

Vouch is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

Ending your account

You can stop using Vouch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
