Gym accountability that doesn’t take your word for it.

Most people don’t quit the gym in one decision. They skip once, then the skip gets easier. Vouch makes each session something another person signs off on, so skipping stops being private.

Why gym streaks break

Tracking apps let you tick “trained” from the sofa, and a missed session costs nothing but a broken number you can reset. Gym buddies help until one of you moves, changes shifts or stops texting.

What works is boring: a fixed plan you can’t renegotiate, proof that you actually went, and someone who notices when you didn’t.

How it works on Vouch

Lock a protocol such as “Gym, Monday, Wednesday, Friday by 8pm” for a 30, 60 or 90-day arc. Once locked it can’t be edited or paused until the arc ends.

Each session, take a live photo in the app: the rack, the treadmill display, the gym clock. It is timestamped and there is no gallery upload. A friend in your circle vouches for it, or calls it out if it looks like last week’s.

Miss a session and your circle is told. The miss stays on your record, and the record stays on your profile after the arc.

Questions

Can my gym partner be in my circle?

Yes. Your circle is whoever you invite: a training partner, a coach, friends who know you’ll skip. Being invited and vouching is free.

Will Vouch read workouts from my watch?

Apple Health, Health Connect, Strava and Garmin connections are rolling out after launch. Until then a live photo of the display is the proof, and your circle signs off either way.

Lock one protocol. Let someone check.

Vouch opens on iPhone and Android in November. Join the waitlist, or take a founding seat for $69, once, for life.
