Running accountability for the mornings you’d rather sleep.
Training plans fail on the dark, cold mornings, not on race day. Vouch puts a person on the other end of every planned run, so the alarm has someone behind it.
Why plans slip
A run you planned alone is easy to move to tomorrow. Social running apps show your runs, but nobody is expecting one, and nobody notices the gap when it’s missing.
Vouch flips that around: the run is expected, on the days you set, and a missed one is visible to the people you chose.
How it works on Vouch
Lock a protocol such as “5k before 7am, weekdays”. Prove each run with a live photo of your watch or the finish, timestamped in the app. Your circle vouches or calls it out.
Strava, Garmin, Apple Health and Health Connect connections are rolling out after launch: the run arrives pre-checked against your target, typed-in activities don’t count, and your circle still signs off.
Protocols to copy
- 5k before 7am, weekdays
- Proof: Watch face with distance and time
- Long run every Sunday
- Proof: The finish, with distance on screen
- 30km a week
- Proof: Each run’s distance, adding up through the week
- Couch to 5k, 3x a week
- Proof: Watch or app screen after each session
Questions
Does Vouch work with Strava?
A Strava connection is rolling out after launch. Runs you record will be checked against your target automatically, manually added activities won’t count, and your circle still vouches for each one.
Can I set a protocol for specific days only?
Yes. Protocols can run daily, on weekdays, or on the days you pick.
Lock one protocol. Let someone check.
